All homes in Gleannloch Farms are wired with advanced home wiring systems for telephone and cable capable of receiving up to 4 separate phone/data lines per outlet, as well as pre-wired with a monitored ground floor entry alarm system which can save homeowners 10-20% off their homeowners insurance.

Services may be selected “a la carte” or in a specially priced package. Rates are below other Houston area providers and an additional discount of up to 10% off a la carte rates is available when services are purchased in special packages.
